 Born in Saskatchewan, Dave did his early post secondary studies at the University of Saskatchewan. Further studies were undertaken at Capilano College, North Vancouver and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. His wife, Lorelei, is a registered nurse currently on leave. Dave and Lorelei have been residents of Victoria for over 25 years. The O’Byrne’s daughter, Krystal, is entering medical school this September at the University of British Columbia. Their son, Ryan, is entering his junior year at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY. Dave specializes in the Victoria/Saanich areas, but keeps fully informed on all real estate offerings in the entire Greater Victoria area.
