Biography

Born in Saskatchewan, Dave did his early post secondary studies at the University of Saskatchewan. Further studies were undertaken at Capilano College, North Vancouver and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver. Dave's real estate career started with Block Bros Realty, North Vancouver in 1978. In the early 1980s Dave moved to Victoria and started his own business in the wholesale food industry. Upon leaving his business in 2004 Dave returned to the real estate industry and has been with Royal Lepage since.

Dave's daughter Krystal graduated from medical school at the University of British Columbia in May 2009. Dave's son, Ryan, plays for the Montreal Canadiens.

Dave specializes in the Victoria, Oak Bay & Saanich areas, but keeps fully informed on all real estate offerings in the entire Greater Victoria area.
